Step #1 – You need to create a personal login. Start by clicking on the “LOGIN” button on the top right of this page. Click the “Register” link to create your account. On any return visits you will have your username and password to login.
Step #2 – After registering you will receive TWO emails. One to confirm your new user registration, and a second to set your new password. Return to the login page (Login button), and login using your email and password you created. Complete the
You may “Save Draft” if you need to come back to finish your application at a later time. When you return to complete your application, Login first using this button above. After you login click on Great Plains RYLA in the upper left hand corner, and you will see the application link under the “Awardees” menu tab.
Step #3 – Submit your application. Once you submit it, you will not be able to edit it.
